This service includes everything in the Single Market Report plus a Personalized Strategy Summary, based on information from the Client on their long-term financial goals. Together with the client, we handle the implementation of their customized strategy. This includes handling the Property Management Company and/or the Realtors on the property.

Historically, the best indicator of the future in Real Estate is the past performance of each individual market.
For instance, although Florida has seen remarkable appreciation in years past, it also has seen disappointing declines of the same percentages. Consequently, people who purchased property there and did not sell at the top of that last market cycle, saw devastating losses in the property values.
Other markets that did not see the double-digit increases, did not suffer the big declines. If one is going to play the big markets, they need to know "how far" the market will swing, "how much" could they gain or lose and "how long" to hold the properties.
The data is available to answer these questions, but most people don't have the knowledge to understand the markets by themselves. We analyze each specific market all the way back to 1975.
The idea is to buy at the bottom of the market ride the wave to the top of the market and then sell for profit.
